Boxing Basics

These classes are designed to complement the fitness class. You will be shown how to stand and punch correctly. Deliver the main punches and defences.

We recommend coming to these at least once a week, whether you have the desire to box or not. Once you have learned to punch correctly as well as offering a few safety tips, you will get more out of your fitness workouts.

If you then get the boxing bug please talk to our boxing squad coaches who will assess your ability and suggest your next step towards stepping into the ring.
