Fitness Classes

Our most popular class. Open to all whatever your fitness level, these classes are ideal for all. This is the class that all our competition boxers started in.

A typical class consists of a warm up, followed by punching the bags and focus pads, in two and three minute rounds, finished off with floor exercises, sit-ups, press-ups, tuck jumps etc. This is then followed by a warm down.

Once a week is good, twice is great, but three times a week would be ideal.

You are more then welcome just to turn up and start on the same night.

Please wear suitable training clothing and footwear, a bottle of water (Don’t be tempted by the sports drinks) and a pair of boxing gloves. Hand wraps are also recommended.

Age from 14 years, ideal for male and female.
